The purpose of this publication is to provide a recognised industry standard in the delivery of driving instruction in New Zealand by approved driving instructors and in house company trainers. It also provides a resource for NZ Qualification Authority approved driver educator qualifications and the NZ Transport Agency approved driving instructor (I endorsement) course.
