The Contract procedures manual has been updated to reflect changes to the Highways and Network Operations’ (HNO) contract procedures (part A). No changes have been made to Corporate’s contract procedures (part B).
From 1 May 2017, all new procurement processes are to use the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) tendering system for the advertising and publishing of Request for Tender (RFT) documentation, and the receipt of tender submissions. This is for both professional services and physical works tenders (open and closed), and covers all phases of the procurement process lifecycle from registrations of interest, shortlisting and RFT.
Tender submissions will no longer be accepted in hard copy via the physical tender boxes located in each of the Agency’s office receptions.
