All documents relating to the State highway annual plan instructions manual (SM018) are available on the Highways Information Portal at the following link:

The SM018 Annual plan instructions (maintenance and operations) 2017/18 - Volume 1 and the SM018 Annual plan instructions (capital) 2017/18 documents have been updated with information for planning for the 17/18 year and the next National Land Transport Programme (NLTP) period.

Maintenance and operations instructions will have a further two volumes released in August 2016 and October 2016.
