2024–27 NLTP principles and policies

NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) principles and policies ensure approved organisations and NZTA (for its own activities) understand what’s required when developing their investment proposals, and guide NZTA investment assessors when making investment decisions. They also enable NZTA to be fair and consistent and follow the governing legislation, primarily the Land Transport Management Act 2003.
