Arborists and contractors have made significant progress today clearing a slip and vegetation that has blocked State Highway 25 at Ruamahunga after a large pine tree fell around 30 metres down the bank onto the Thames Coast Road overnight.
State Highway 3 (SH3) at the Rangitikei Street/Featherston Street intersection in Palmerston North will be under temporary traffic management for 6 nights, starting on Thursday 6 June through to Thursday 13 June (no crews will be working Friday or Saturday nights).
As work continues at the Pāpāmoa East Interchange, the westbound lanes on State Highway 2 Tauranga Eastern Link Toll Road (TELTR) will close for 3 nights from Monday 10 June between 8pm and 5am each night.
