The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures on the Southwestern Motorway (SH20) to improve the drainage and stormwater facilities around Mangere Bridge Village.
As part of the SH20 Maunkau Harbour Crossing project, the NZ Transport Agency will improve the drainage and stormwater quality around Mangere Bridge. A stormwater treatment facility will be built around Onehunga Harbour Road to treat the water before it is released into the Manukau Harbour.
As part of its comprehensive bridge maintenance schedule, the NZ Transport Agency is again carrying out annual resurfacing work on Auckland Harbour Bridge over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
