Essential resurfacing work is set to begin on SH1 in Levin at the intersection of Queen Street and Oxford Street from this Sunday.
Contractors will be on site from Sunday 7 May to Sunday 14 May from 6pm each night until 6am the following morning.
Detours will be in place for those travelling through the area during these times.
Northbound traffic will be detoured down Bath Street to Salisbury Street to Exeter Street, then back to SH1.
Southbound traffic will detour down Tyne Street to Cambridge Street to Liverpool Rail Crossing then back to SH1.
