The NZ Transport Agency wishes to advise that, weather permitting, a new signalised roundabout will be in place at the intersection of the Northwestern Motorway (SH16) and Hobsonville Road from Monday 8 December.
Motorists should observe the traffic signals and drive with caution as they may have to stop within the roundabout. There may be some delays as motorists adjust.
In the event of bad weather, the work will be completed overnight and the new roundabout opened on the morning of Tuesday 9 December.
A bridge across the new motorway will be constructed inside the roundabout. The NZ Transport Agency thanks motorists for their patience and co-operation.
