Weather permitting, closures will take place on the Southwestern Motorway (SH20) and surrounding roads in the next week.
The NZ Transport Agency wishes to advise that, weather permitting, the following closures will take place on the Southwestern Motorway (SH20) and surrounding roads, in the following week.
Closures will be in place for one or two nights between Sunday 28 September and Friday 3 October (unless otherwise stated). Ramps will remain open where required for detour routes.
Temporary traffic management will start on the northern (Onehunga) side of SH20 Mangere Bridge between the Queenstown Road bridge and Beachcroft Avenue footbridge, and adjacent to Gloucester Park.
If the contingency dates are required then all scheduled work will be reviewed to ensure no two consecutive ramps are closed at the same time
Motorists are advised to follow the signposted detour routes.
