The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures on the Northern Motorway (SH1) for demolition of the old Onewa Road Bridge. In the event of bad weather, the work will be postponed to a later date.
Motorists will exit the motorway northbound at the Onewa Road off-ramp and re-enter at the Onewa Road on-ramp. Delays are likely so please avoid travelling in the area if possible. The NZTA thanks motorists for their co-operation while this work takes place.
