Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency advises a severe weather/wind watch is forecast for the Auckland Harbour Bridge from 1pm Wednesday 7 December to 7pm Thursday 8 December.
The bridge will be kept at a four by four configuration during this time, with the most severe weather expected on Thursday.
Motorists are urged to drive to the conditions and plan ahead by checking the Waka Kotahi Journey Planner before heading out.
