People travelling on State Highway 1, south of Kaiwaka-Mangawhai Road, please be advised that overnight resurfacing works will be taking place over the next 3 nights, from 7pm tonight (Tuesday 12 March).
Work will be completed by 5am each following morning. No work will be done on Friday or Saturday night.
The last night of work will be Sunday 17 March.
This work is weather dependent and will be moved to the next available night in unsuitable weather.
For peoples safety, electronic stop/go traffic management will be in place over this time, with a temporary speed limit of 30km/h around the worksite.
Please plan ahead and allow extra time when travelling, as these works may cause some delays.
