Night time travellers can expect delays of up to 15 minutes on the State highway 8 Beaumont Bridge from early next week, while routine repairs are undertaken on the bridge deck.
The work costing $150,000, will be carried out from Monday night, 10 November, through until Friday night, 5 December. However, the job may take longer if there is wet weather.
The repairs are being done at night to minimise disruptions for road users. No work will be carried out on Saturday and Sunday nights.
The Transport Agency thanks drivers in advance for their patience while these bridge deck repairs are being made.
