The NZ Transport Agency advises Whangarei motorists that the Manse Street intersection will be CLOSED for up to two days this month.
Contractors will be repairing a section of damaged guardrail near the intersection of Manse Street and Western Hills Drive (State Highway 1) on October 7 and 8.
The work involves removing the existing posts and installing a new section of guardrail, along with some footpath repairs.
The work is being carried out during the school holidays to reduce congestion and delays.
The Transport Agency apologies for any inconvenience caused and thanks people for their patience during the work.
