Important information for drivers:
North Island:
- Work gets underway this Sunday on Te Aranui o Te Rangihaeta - Transmission Gully project works. This will complete the extension of State Highway 59 between Paekākāriki and Mackays Crossing.
- There will be night closures on State Highway 58 between the Paremata roundabout and Postgate Drive next Monday and Tuesday nights for essential maintenance.
South Island:
- There will be night closures on State Highway 6, Whakatu Drive, for up to ten nights between 17 and 29 September. This is to allow for asphalting work on the Link Road roundabout and the Link Road extension
- Night works and associated road closures are planned for State Highway 1, Weld Pass next month.
