A logging truck has rolled on State Highway 30 at the Benneydale end of Mangaokewa Road as Mangaokewa Road joins at Kopaki Road.
Both lanes are currently blocked with debris on the road.
Emergency services are on the scene and NZTA is anticipating it may be some time until the road is able to be cleared and reopened.
A detour is available via Mangaokewa Road, however this is unsealed and narrow. NZTA is urging motorists to use an alternative route if possible, otherwise expect delays.
