The NZ Transport Agency is advising motorists that it will be carrying out further maintenance work on State Highway 1 on the Brynderwyn Hills in Northland this evening
A single lane will be closed to traffic on the south side of the hills from 7pm Wednesday 27 April until 6am Thursday morning, and motorists should allow more time for their journey.
The work to improve the road surface is weather dependent.
