The NZ Transport Agency is asking drivers to slow down and take extra care through road works near The Grange retail park south of Warkworth during the next four nights.
The retail park’s developers are completing road surfacing work at the entrance to the retail park from 7pm to 7am on September 14, 15, 16 and 17.
The NZ Transport Agency’s Network Performance Manager Tim Crow says drivers should watch their speeds approaching the works especially driving into Warkworth from the south.
“Slight delays can be expected as the developers will have Stop-Go traffic control in place through the work site.”
“We have installed visual messaging boards advising of the road works on the southern and northern approaches and ask motorists to slow down and take care through the work site.”
