The NZ Transport Agency says people should be alert to temporary speed restrictions and changes in driving conditions for safe travel as a busy schedule of state highway improvements and repairs continues in Northland.

State Highway 1 (North)
- Ohaeawai to Springs Flat: roadmarking
- Kaiwaka: slip repairs
- Oakleigh: Katetoke Bridge repairs
- Pakaraka: tree removal & replanting
- Topuni: tree removal
- Waitiki Landing: bridge repairs
- Te Ahu Ahu Rd: right turning bay works
- Mangamuka; Makene Rd slip repair
- Warkworth; Valerie Close; guardrail repair
- McLeods Flat; guardrail improvements
- Kamo Bypass to Maunu intersection: highway pavement repairs
- Umawera: highway pavement repairs
- Waihou Valley; White’s culvert repairs
- SH1/SH10 intersection: warning lighting
State Highway 10
- Kaeo: speed reduced to 50/70kph – highway chip repairs
- SH10/SH1 intersection: warning lighting
- SH 10/SH 11 intersection: warning lighting
State Highway 11
- Lemons Hill: speed reduced to 50/70kph – highway chip repairs
- Opua: speed reduced to 50/70kph – highway chip repairs
- Waikokere Bridge: protection work

- Kaihu: repair to highway shoulder near culvert
- Maungaturoto: highway improvements and bridge repairs
- Matakohe & Ruawai: slip repairs
