The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 13 July.
Northern Motorway (SH1)
- Southbound lanes between Esmonde Road off-ramp and Onewa Road on-ramp 10 July (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
- Esmonde Road southbound on-ramp 10 July (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
- Northbound lanes between Esmonde Road off-ramp and Northcote Road on-ramp 12 July (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
- Esmonde Road northbound on-ramp 12 July (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
Central Motorway Junction (SH1 & SH16)
- Fanshawe Street southbound off-ramp 11 - 12 July
- (SH16) Hobson Street westbound on-ramp 9 July (approx 11:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
- SH1 southbound to SH16 westbound link 9 July (approx 11:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
Southern Motorway (SH1)
- Southbound lanes between Ellerslie-Panmure Highway off-ramp and Ellerslie-Panmure Highway on-ramp 8 - 12 July
- Ellerslie-Panmure Highway southbound on-ramp 12 July
- Takanini northbound on-ramp 8 - 10 July
- Papakura southbound on-ramp 9 – 12 July
- Papakura southbound off-ramp 9 – 12 July
Northwestern Motorway (SH16)
- Westbound lane Between Tamaki Drive and Gladstone Road 9 July
- Westbound lanes between Te Atatu Road off-ramp and Lincoln Road on-ramp 10 - 11 July
- Te Atatu Road westbound on-ramp 10 - 11
- Eastbound lanes between Lincoln Road off-ramp and Te Atatu Road on-ramp 12 - 13 July
- Lincoln Road eastbound on-ramp 12 - 13 July
Southwestern Motorway (SH20)
- Northbound Service Road (Cavendish Drive to Puhinui Road) 11 July
- Puhinui Road ramps will be closed at various times of the night at the intersection 11 July
- Dominion Road northbound on-ramp 8 July
- Northbound lanes between Dominion Road off-ramp and Maioro Street 8 July
- Maioro Street southbound on-ramp 9 July
- Southbound lanes between Maioro Street and Dominion Road on-ramp 9 July
