The NZ Transport Agency says a crash on the Auckland Harbour Bridge has been cleared and all lanes are now open, however there is still heavy congestion in the area.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time for their journeys, avoid the area if they can and use the Western Ring Route including the Northwestern and Southwestern motorways as an alternative.
