I haven't received my RUC or rego label

Your label should arrive within 14 days of your transaction.

If you haven't received it, it could be because:

  • there may be postal delays in your area
  • you didn't update your address before your transaction
  • you're not the registered person we have recorded.

You can order a replacement online

The label will be free if your original transaction was within the last 30 days.
