The information you provide with this application will be used to update your transport service licence details and to maintain the register of transport service licences. Collection of this information is required by part 4A of the Land Transport Act 1998 and section 2 of the Land Transport Rule: Operator Licensing 2017. Collection, dissemination and release of this information is authorised by the Land Transport Act and part 7 of the Privacy Act 2020.
