The plan includes a deep analysis of our gender and ethnic pay gaps, it outlines what has been achieved to date to address these and our intended actions for 2024 and 2025. It outlines initiatives to help diversify our workforce, build our cultural competency, address any bias and discrimination, and help our people to develop their careers.

At Waka Kotahi, we believe in the power of inclusion and diversity, and we’re committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong. As part of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, we want to identify and address any barriers that impact our people because of their gender or ethnicity. Kia toipoto is essential to this mahi.
