Work category 161: Property management

Introduction

This work category provides for costs associated with the management of

property purchased by NZTA for future roading.

This definition applies to the 2012-15 NLTP.  For the 2015-18 NLTP please refer to the updated definition for work category 161.

Examples of qualifying activities

Examples of qualifying activities include, but may not be limited to:

• for rental operations:
  •  valuations for rent reviews
  • rates and grants
  • maintenance and renewal
  • management fees
  • forestry
• for property disposals, the fees associated with:
  • valuations
  • legal surveys
  • management
• real estate agents.

Funding assistance rate

The usual funding assistance rate is:

• 100 percent for the NZTA (state highways).
