Annual Plan

Introduction

The Annual Plan is the budget document that identifies the expenditure and income for the past year compared to the projections in the council's adopted Long Term Plan.

It includes the cost of delivering the council's proposed activities, how it intends to fund these (including the amount of rates required), how progress will be measured and explains any differences from what was proposed for that period in its Long Term Plan.
