New Zealand Energy Efficiency Conservation Strategy (2007)

Introduction

The New Zealand Energy Efficiency Conservation Strategy (2007) is prepared in accordance with the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000.  It outlines Government policies, objectives, and targets, and as required by the Act, will be in force for a period of five years.  The NZTA must take account of the National Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy when preparing the land transport programme.
