While most of the requirements relating to the development and approval of RLTPs Regional land transport plans, prepared under Part 2 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied. are self evident in the relevant sections of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and are not repeated in this Knowledge Base, there are some aspects for which Regional Transport Committees may find the following guidance on RLTP development useful.
