Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency sought to revise the NOC to improve, clarify and capture current best practice.
NOC 2018 aimed to improve our customer focus, deliver on the direction of the Waka Kotahi strategy and the Government Policy Statement on land transport (GPS), and provide a better environment for our people and suppliers.
