Overnight stop/go and lane changes on State Highway 22 between Pukekohe and Paerātā Rise got underway last night, as NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) contractors complete works to connect a temporary road bypassing construction of the SH22 Paerātā roundabout.
A stretch of State Highway 45, west of New Plymouth, will be under stop/go traffic management from Monday (10 March) while crews install new traffic islands.
POSTPONED: SH49 will not be under stop/go traffic management at the Tangiwai Crossing this weekend, as planned maintenance of the rail crossing has been postponed.
In late January work got underway to replace the 48-year-old Onetai Stream Bridge, north of Paeroa on State Highway 26 (SH26), and from Monday 10 March, the road reopens following completion of the first phase.
