To help reduce the delays on the Te Puke Highway caused by roadworks near Pah Road, eastbound road users will be able to use SH2 Tauranga East Link toll-free during the morning peak from Monday 23 May.
The next set of beams for the new Bayfair flyover will be craned into place overnight on Friday 27 May. People can expect overnight lane closures, a partial closure of the roundabout and signposted detours in the area while this work is underway. Lane closures and detours will be in place from 7pm on Friday 27 May until 7am Saturday 28 May to progress construction of the Bayfair flyover.
