The NZ Transport Agency says the first stage of the operation to shift the Rob Roy Hotel - one of Auckland's oldest pubs - back to its original sight opposite Victoria Park west of the city's CBD has been completed successfully.
The 125-year-old Rob Roy Hotel in Freemans Bay will be moved back to its original location tomorrow, Tuesday, and Wednesday (12 and 13 April). The move will start at approximately 7.30 am and is expected to take at least two days. Work will finish at approximately 6pm each day.
