If your vehicle has come to the end of its life and you'll be taking or selling it to a wrecker, you need to make sure you do a few things.
If you’re selling a registered vehicle to the wrecker, you need to let us know you have done this.
You can let us know online that you have sold the vehicle, or call us.
If you want to cancel the vehicle’s registration before selling it to a wrecker, you will need to complete an application to cancel registration (MR15). You can do this at a registration agent.
You will need to hand in the number plates.
