Project delivery may be described as the process by which the aim or goal of a project is realised or achieved. The term 'project delivery' encompasses more than just 'project management' and includes all of the steps required to facilitate completion of the project, bringing the project to life from pre-implementation (initial design development, consenting and property) through to implementation (final design and construction) and handover of the asset for operation.

As part of the project delivery phase, it's advisable to also familiarise yourself with the information held in the procurement and project management sections in Technical disciplines.
