The vision of Te kāpehu, our new strategic direction, is of a land transport system that connects people, products and places for a thriving Aotearoa New Zealand. Te kāpehu sets out four system outcomes we are working towards in order to achieve that vision. Our new performance framework will help us track progress towards realising our vision and system outcomes.
Our Statement of performance expectations 2021/22 reflects Te kāpehu and sets out the activities we plan to deliver and invest in. It outlines how we will measure the financial and non-financial performance of those activities in 2021/22, and provides forecast financial statements.
