This guide is for the use of course providers who have been approved by Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency to test the knowledge and experience of drivers over 25 years of age who wish to reduce the time they must hold a full class 2 or 4 licence before being able to apply for the next stage heavy vehicle learner licence class.
