A legal notice that waives the fees for the class of person (NZTA App users) described.
The Registrar may waive any fee payable by a class of persons, including a class of persons defined by reference to their use of a particular online service, or in relation to a class of vehicles, if the Registrar considers that it would help to implement any system that promotes efficient compliance with a land transport Act.
