Upcoming night works and detours Avalon Drive - Te Rapa section, Waikato Expressway

The final resurfacing of Avalon Drive will re-commence this Sunday night, October 14 and continue nightly until next Thursday, October 18.

The following detours will be in place on these dates:

• Sunday 14 October – Lane closures north and south bound
• Monday 15 October - Detour Northbound traffic at Foreman Rd, arrive back at SH1 Te Kowhai Road
• Tuesday 16 October - Lane closures north and south bound
• Wednesday 17 October - Detour Northbound traffic at Foreman Rd, arrive back at SH1 Te Kowhai Road
• Thursday 18 October - Detour Northbound traffic at Foreman Rd, arrive back at SH1 Te Kowhai Road

Traffic controls will be in place during these times – please take note of signage and speed restrictions including electronic message boards which will be regularly updated with key information.
