Due to a police incident at the Bolton Street overbridge, State Highway 1 into Wellington is closed to south bound traffic from the Murphy Street off-ramp.
The route remains open to northbound traffic.
Road users heading into Wellington’s CBD should use the Aotea Quay offramp as an alternative route.
