The highway has reopened to traffic. There may be short travel delays as queued traffic clears.
12.10pm:
Due to a fire, State Highway 1 is currently closed to all traffic between Aberharts Road and Vickerman Street.
This will affect traffic travelling between Picton and Blenheim.
