A multi-vehicle crash has closed State Highway 25A between Kopu and Hikuai this afternoon.
Motorists are advised detours for this route are significant and people are encouraged to delay their travel, where possible. The detours are via State Highway 25 Whitianga and Coromandel to the north or State Highways 25, 2 and 26 to the south through the Karangahake Gorge.
