Waka Kotahi is advising holidaymakers and other road users to plan ahead for likely delays as repair work is undertaken tonight (Monday 26 December) from 8pm to 12pm to fix damage to the centre wire rope median barrier near Te Kauwhata.
The work will require the temporary closure of one lane in each direction while the work is completed.
