COVID-19 services update

The COVID-19 situation in New Zealand is evolving rapidly, and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is committed to keeping those who use and support our land transport system safe during this uncertain time.

All Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency offices are now closed to the public, and our 0800 free phone lines are not operating. Some on-line services remain available. 

All driver licensing and testing services are postponed until further notice. Customers with tests already booked will be rescheduled to the earliest possible test once services resume.
