The Minister of Transport is proposing changes to the Land Transport Rule: Regulatory Systems Rule Amendment (RSRA) 2025 and we’d like to know what you think about them.
The proposed changes will amend the following Land Transport Rules:
We are consulting on 41 minor Rule changes which are presented in two parts in the discussion document.
Part A sets out small and discrete Rule changes and explains the reason why each change is being proposed. Part B sets out proposed new and amended specifications for Traffic Control Devices (TCD).
