We welcome the feedback from those Approved Organisations who are part of the Asset Management Data Standard (AMDS project).
We’ve published a provisional releases of the standards for Survey Mark, Vehicle Crossing and Road Status along with the other standards currently provisionally released (High Speed Condition Data and Forward Works).
Vehicle Crossing standards, have been included as part of our existing Inventory Pathway Standard, together with Pathway and Kerb Crossing.
A new Survey Mark Standard has also been included as part of AMDS Inventory.
In order to create better national alignment for symbology, a standalone, Road Status standard is included together with further explanatory notes “Road Status and Symbology updates.”
Asset Management Data Standard Provisional Release April 2025
The information you send us in a written submission will be used by NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) to help inform our consultation for AMDS provisional releases. NZTA may publish in part or in full the information you submit, for example in a consultation report, but we will not include any information that could be used to identify an individual person. If you have indicated you are an authorised representative of an organisation, we may publish your organisation’s name. Please clearly indicate if your comments contain commercially sensitive information or, if for some other reason, they should not be disclosed.
If you would like to request official information from us, please don’t include that in your submission. Instead, please direct it to the AMDS project team so we can respond to it in a timely manner.
